I am a licensed massage therapist with 17 years experience specializing in therapeutic massage. I blend the following styles to create a session to meet your individual needs: neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, myoskeletal alignment techniques, deep tissue, sports massage, table top thai massage, reiki, and Swedish.

I offer private, semi-private, and group alignment-based yoga classes that cater to and are modified to your level of experience and body. I am very mindful about proper alignment, form, and safety for your body. I can teach one to two at my office, one to six in your home, or a small to large group at your place of business.

I offer various master classes / workshops for yoga and dance.
